When MelCo can help

The first question is rarely the whole question.

Sometimes you arrive with a clear request. Sometimes the idea is still taking shape. My job is to understand what you are asking for — and to surface the connections, constraints, blind spots, and possibilities that may not be visible yet. That is how we get to the right response, not simply the first one.

Give direction to an initiative that is still taking shape

Make complex expertise clear, accessible, and useful

Develop or deliver training, resources, or a digital learning experience

Rethink content that no longer meets current needs

Strengthen the coherence and quality of a learning project

Connect learning, content, technology, and user experience

About

A consultant who knows education from the inside.

I taught my first lesson at eleven, in my mother’s classroom. I did not know then that education would become the thread running through my work.

Since then, teaching, leadership, facilitation, and design have given me a deep understanding of how learning happens — and of the conditions that help ideas and people go further. Today, I bring that experience wherever a challenge needs clarifying, expertise needs to become accessible, practices need to evolve, or an initiative needs to take shape.

More than 30 years in education, training, and leadership

Experience

From classroom practice to organizational strategy.

Each role has sharpened a different part of my practice: understanding what happens on the ground, connecting strategy to execution, and designing solutions that hold up in day-to-day use.
